Thainá Z. is a creative entrepreneur and brand strategist with a strong passion for art, food, photography and cultural storytelling.
With experience leading projects for Glossier, VICE, and Vogue, and as founder of Nowdays and co-lead of Rare Network, she builds brands with intention — translating vision, culture, and identity into lasting impact through design, content, and experience.

Designers translate strategy into form. They build visual systems, identities, and languages that feel cohesive, timeless, and emotionally resonant — where every detail has meaning.
Photographers and visual creators capture the soul of the brand. Through imagery, light, composition, and storytelling, they transform concepts into visuals that feel real, human, and memorable.
Together, this multidisciplinary team works closely and entirely in-house — blending logic and intuition, structure and emotion — to build brands that move from idea to impact with depth and consistency.
